Willows Valiant has won the VI Grimsby Tuesday League; chased by Potter Futsal to the last games of the season when they fell away.  Both teams are now progressing to the Second Avenue venue; Valiant to the Premier League and Potter to the Tuesday League.  This leaves spaces open in the Kent St. Tuesday League.

Given the proliferation of 5 aside leagues in Grimsby a new model is being trailed at Kent St. for the duration of League VII.

The changes are:
A team can elect to play 4v4 rather than 5v5 if they are short of players. (4v4 has been trailed on the smaller Kent St pitch and worked perfectly well)

Because there is a shortage of GK's teams can use their own GK or use another teams GK without the opposition's permission.

Teams can use loan players from other teams, only 1 loan player may be on the pitch at any time (does not include the GK).

A substantial prize will be given to the winning team, subject to them being a current member of the GFL playing as a team on an alternative night.

The reason for the proposed trial:
To expand the amount of futsal available to players whilst making it easier for a team to fulfil a fixture given the work, college and media pressures on the team.

The winner/spot prize will not be announced until the league is complete with a minimum of 8 teams.
