A player, 'allegedly, made an abusive comment to a parent during game last night. Bad behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated, on or off the field.
Referees send reports to LFA.
The League supports referees.
Team involved have creditably dropped said player from next game. Remark was aimed at opposition player, which makes it slightly better, but still serious enough for LFA to take action if reported.
Referee never heard remark, so thanks to team for taking immediate action.
An isolated incident in a league that values sportsmanship above winning.

Last night was really good, showed the speed/effort and
commitment that the kids are starting to bring to the game.
Lions Pride
were excellent in coming back from a 2-0 deficit at half time although they used
their good old fashioned long ball tactics.. Fusion continued to play with
the futsal principles - pass and move. I have to say that I witnessed all the
emotions of a manager on the side line (Stewart) who was amusing when behind
and winning.
The Futsal Tigers game was excellent, the lads never stopped and showed aggression throughout, again
the goalkeeper (Jack Goodhand) for the YMCA was excellent the save at the end was beyond
belief, YMCA, against elder players, came back from a 2-0 deficit and then 3-2. Report J Mawer

Four great games, the players are lifting futsal to a new level, fiercely competitive, but honest and fair. Individual skill and technique, thought processes thinking two passes ahead; last night had everything on offer.
Love watching the lads play eleven-aside, but sharing a ball between 22 players on a huge pitch by comparison to a futsal court, means the ball has many times to go long, bypassing the elements of the game that illustrate the players 'real' skill levels.
Next weeks games will have Managers on edge, take your tablets Stu, three teams in each group is fighting for two places, three into two just want go! Report K Bryant
'Thought we did enough to win, new players need little more futsal experience'
YMCA parent - game vs, FutsalTigers.
Thanks for your comments Kevin and John. Was I not showing the passion and frustration
of a manager who wants his team to do well and gets annoyed knowing when your
players are not playing as well as they could. Great fighting spirit and never
say die attitude from my boys. See you next Monday for another entertaining and
mixed emotional night. Oh and please
spell my name right. It's s t u a r t
