I have been
informed by the company that the state of football pitches (Rubbish and litter
laying around, bottles etc...) is not acceptable, and if the situation
is not improved the facility will no longer be made available for hire &
usage. I hope that you can understand the companies frustrations
On Monday
morning a cleaner spent almost 2 hours cleaning up rubbish that was found on
the playing area and hard-court facility and this will not be tolerated in any
way.
It is
therefore the responsibility of all home teams to make sure that the following
is carried out.
Teams (Home/away) are all made
aware that no rubbish should be left on the playing field after their
games, bins are provided and these must be used!
If any teams turn up and find the
facility not clean and residue/material is littered on the field please
let me know ASAP and it will allow the culprits to be narrowed down and
contacted as from the company point of view it will not be tolerated.
If you have any
issues at all with regards to this please contact me and let me know, regular
checks will be carried out on the state of the facility as of this week so
please ensure that all teams & players are all clear of their
responsibilities, otherwise there will be no option but to remove the use of
the facility for public usage!!!
Kev Bryant:- From a Futsal point of view can we place this
on the FUTSAL website to cover the fact that the kids and parents on the
hard-court facility respect the facilities as i have regularly had to clean up
the bottles after the evenings of bottles-cups etc....
