Credit to all the teams goal keepers, worth going down just to watch them. 

After only 2 games played New Waltham is the only 100% team.  They beat new team Discoveries JSS Colts 3-0, the score was 1-0 until very near the end, did the 2 late goals flatter Waltham?

Lee Cutts for Grimsby Soccer School keeping his team in the game made me think about how we value the game and performance.  If the results is everything he will go home disappointed, if its about personal enjoyment and improvement he had a great night to savour; even though his team lost.

GSC 'B' got hammered last week, this week they exceeded all targets of improvement, they managed to concede less than 10 and as an added bonus not only scored their first goal but finished with 4.

GSC 'A' was in a similar position with 0 points from 2 games, at half time (1-3) GSC was heading to a third loss. 1-4 did not help, 2-4 and Clee United needed just to hold their game. With the clock running down GSC was 3-4 with seconds left.  The look on their faces when to their disbelieve it was 4-4 on the final whistle.

Scores are coming down, games are getting tighter, take a game lightly and team will lose.
