Both bottom placed teams Discoveries and YMCA went into the second half of their games in strong positions, on both occasions the teams failed to take their first half advantage further, both losing after playing well.

Is there an identifiable reason both times capitulated second period? Both are younger teams and playing lads a year older must be part of the cause?

At some point the league will have teams in year bands not the current two year, something to work towards.

Lions Pride vs. Futsal Tigers was an intense match, something needed if you are to win games, but maybe this one was too intense? The speed of the game meant something had to give, in this case the passing and off the ball movement of players was the price.  Not a criticism, the game for me needed someone to slow the pace.

Nip and tuck all the way, 3-3 going into the last five minutes Futsal Tigers just held their nerve to the end.  The fourth goal was critical, it gave one team something to defend whilst forcing opposition to chase the clock.

Three teams are at the top on 21 points, the young Fusion team hanging on to the tails of older more experienced opponents.
