GAME 1 = HAFC 8-1 Crowland Crusaders -
HAFC started strongly playing pieces of nice play, testing Crowlands
goalkeeper on numerous occasions. Crowland just started getting a foot hold
into the match but after an attack of their own HAFC quickly counter attacked
scoring a nice team goal. Crowlands looked deflated and shipped another 3 goals
in quick succession. Credit to Crowland they carried on playing their own
football and eventually scored well deserved goal, HAFC kept there head
and finished the game in style with nice passing movement and scored
another 4 just before the full time whistle.
GAME 2 = HAFC 4-4 Humberston - After the
1st game HAFC looked tired and Humberston took full adavantage of this scoring
an early goal, then in the next 5 minutes things got from bad to worst for
HAFC losing another 3 goals on the bounce. HAFC refused to give up
though peppering the Humberston goal before grabbing a goal. Humberston
panicked and couldn't string any decent amount of passes together, HAFC kept
going and grabbed another goal. HAFC were playing very well but time
was against them, regardless they kept putting pressure on the Humberston goal
and were again rewarded by another goal, Humberston needed the full time
whistle but it didn't come and HAFC grabbed a late goal putting the full time
result to 4-4.
GAME 3 =
Humberston 9-1 Crowland Crusaders - After the late equaliser in the previous
Humberston were rearing to go and put the last game behind them, this was clear
from the 1st whistle starting like a house on fire grabbing 4 goals within the
the first 5 minutes. Crowland looked like they had their work cut out again but
they carried on playing to their strengths and scored a superv solo goal.
Humberston carried on playing this time and scored another 5 before the full time
whistle.
GAME 4
= HAFC 6-2 Crowland Crusaders - Crowland are a greatly improving team and
showed this going 1-0 up in the early stages of this game, but then they
switched off for just a split second resulting in HAFC scoring a wonderfully
worked goal. Crowland then tried to score another goal of there own but
got caught up the attacking end of the field meaning HAFC had a free run at
goal when they eventually squared the ball and their striker slotted the ball
home into the empty net. Crowland didn't give up though and played nice flowing
futsal and scored a well worked team goal. HAFC showed there true futsal skills
though and played the game into there own hands after scoring a couple of
quick goals in reply to Crowlands equaliser. HAFC finished the game on top
showing another 2 before the full time whistle.
GAME 5 =
HAFC 1-2 Humberston - The first 6/7 minutes were almost like a chest
with both teams weighing each other up, but then almost at a flick of a switch
the game came to life with a goalkeeping error giving HAFC the lead. The game
became stretched and almost like a cup match with Humberston chasing a must
needed goal, but as the game started to fizzle out a freal goal occured with
Humberston's goalkeeper punting the ball forward, this dipped the HAFC
goalkeeper resulting in a goal, Humberston couldnt believe their luck. Both
teams tried to get the winner and it came, after a long hopeful ball from the
Humberston defence lead to their striker being able to finish into the net
putting the game to bed.
GAME 6
= Humberston 9-3 Crowland Crusaders - After Humberston's skin of their
teeth win in their last game they started poorly after a well worked Crowlands
goal put them 1-0 down. Humberston struggled, but another optimisitc long ball
being finished led to them pulling the scores back on level terms.
Humberston turned on the style scoring another 2 goals back to back. Crowland
carried on playing and after a lapse of concentration in the Humberston defence
Crowlands netted a goal, Humberston started pushing to high up the field which
lead to another goal by Crowland. After that Humberston started playing well
scoring another 6 before the full time whistle.
OVERALL = An
