Returning after injury Adam Cooper (El Dogo's) 2 standout performances, first in the Monday Premier League and then in the highly competitive Tuesday League made this an easy choice.  Monday saw Adam and his team mates drag themselves off the floor to score a late equaliser against BBS/Harvest to level 5-5.  BBS/Harvest are a tough team to beat, every week they perform top quality futsal, for Adam to come back after injury and perform to the level he did was outstanding; to score the last seconds equaliser added to his achievement.

On the Tuesday El Dogo's played runaway leaders of league XV (StreetSoccer); El Dogo's had won league XIV.  One of those matches when teams want desperately to win,  because who wins has a bearing on the rest of the season. El Dogo's brought their Premier League form straight into this game and opened up a 3-1 half time lead.  Disaster struck immediately after half time when the StreetSoccer keeper took a knock on his leg that removed him from the game.

A lesson for everyone next; with no players on the bench StreetSoccer had to play a man down.  The game was a problem for them with 5 players, 4 was no match for El Dogo's 5 and substitutes. If a player gets injured you need an immediate replacement. For the newcomers a red carded player can be replaced after 2 minutes or immediately after your team has conceded a goal within those 2 minutes. If you start with 5 players you are risking playing short at some stage in the game.

Back to Adam Cooper, Adam finished with a 6 goal tally o0ver the 2 nights, most of which were absolute gems.
