Imagine two boxers slugging it out; it was that sort of game. One scores the other scores, 4-4 each at half time, only at the very end did Pilgrims nick the game.And with an eliminate of good fortune, Pilgrims shot from a kick -in, if the ball had gone straight into the net a goal would not have been scored; luckily for Pilgrims the ball hit the post, hit a player and went in.
Normally good natured Rob Jones disputed the gaol to the point he was red carded. This left his team a player down for two minutes when they conceded again. Jones misses teams next game, annoyingly for a Law he not the referee got wrong.
A game probably played a yard to fast for everyone, quality was there, but it was exasperated by the pace of the game.

Everglaze have moved up a level, this was a very good East Marsh team. An early two goal lead gave Everglaze a cushion they held onto.

A taster game for GSC, to lose by 6 goals in your first game is omens well for the future. Futsal experience is essential to play this game well.
A GSC player was red carded after two yellows for dissent, he then refused to give his name.
The matter has been dealt with internally, the GFL is not the place for those that know more than the referees, but don't referee themselves.
