If you blink you miss Kevin Bryant giving a half time talk to FCGY team!
The last 3 minutes of the video is the Helvecia vs. Spartans final. Youngsters, watch the movement of the players, no one stands still in set positions, attackers are defenders within seconds. Most of the attacks are drills the teams will have practiced many times in training.
NB: Neither of the finalist GK's wore gloves.

Monday Premier League
|
Only one game due to the weekend FA Futsal Cup.
Newtons' 6 Grimsby Catalonia 4. Has to be said, poor game by both team standards.

| |
|
| Junior u/11 League |
West Marsh will be delighted to hold Waltham to a 3-3. Two points separate the bottom five teams. East Coast A & B both won, totalling a club score of 18 gals scored 3 conceded. Not a bad night's play. GSC Tigers also had a big 8-1 win. The top end of the table shows East Coast 'A' two points ahead of GSC Elite who have a game in hand. A pack of teams are chasing these two, one slip for either and they are in trouble. |

|
| Junior u/13 League |
Temporarily suspended as teams have Sunday and Wednesday 11v11 matches. Grimsby Soccer Club and Healing played an excellent friendly with Healing always in front until teams played 'next goals the winner.' |
| |
|
| Tuesday League |
Franklin College thrash StreetSoccer by a ten goal margin, long time since StreetSoccer have been trounced. Barca impressive holding Madrid to a three goal margin. Biffa show Potential (Work that one out). El Dogo's keep pressure on Madrid. |
| |
|
| Wednesday League |
Newton Heath pick up tidy win against resilient GRS,Yarra continue to score in bulk, BBS make it a double bad week for Adam Blyth and friends, Team Blaine (formerly Hemswell) start with close win over Grimsby Saxons. |
| |
|
| Thursday League |
Top three, Inbetweeners, Market Hotel and Everglaze all win, fourth placed East Marsh had no game. Inter have reluctantly had to drop out of the league due shift changes at work. Normally the GFL would insist that a League fine be levied in such a circumstance, given Inter's support over a very long time we accept the consequence and are actively seeking a replacement team. For the moment Inter's record is expunged. |

Franklin Collegefor a resounding win over StreetSoccer, last week's Tuesday League Cup Winners. Closely followed by Inbetweeners who managed to get a team out at very short notice and then beat Fultow Rovers. |
