Please find the attached application form for the refereeing bolt on course. This will take place

Time: - 09:00 - 17:00
Date :- 22nd September 2007
You will need a packed lunch and appropriate clothing for practicle.
Please note that you will NOT be able to take this course if you are not an affliated referee. This is a bolt on course ONLY!!
