To the question can a goal be scored direct from a
kick off?
NO! As per law 8 (page 32) FIFA Laws 2011.
For those with Eurosport, the FIFA Futsal Euros Finals are being
screened live from Tuesday night, 14 days of top class futsal on show. If you
have Eurosport or have access to a computer/I phone/I pad (2.99 for a month subscription),
definitely give a few games a watch.
